Returning equipment but getting billed

I returned my equipment except my boost box as I'm still paying for it as part of a new broadband contract, but I got a message this morning saying I was being bolled for not returning all of it. 

Unfortunately getting a sky assistant on the phone is like pulling hens teeth.. 

Any advise welcomed
