Returned item

Returned smart watch via returns label on 8th Dec via Royal Mail.Was delivered and signed for on 10th Dec yet as of today 18th Sky are saying it's not been returned,how can this be? I've now Recieved today  a e- mail with a returns 

label to print off ( again) which is pointless as according to Royal Mail it's already been Recieved back on the 10th.Person on phone was very unhelpful,any advice please?

Have they told you that you haven't sent it or have they just sent you these return email with the label to print ?

As I've replied elsewhere they are saying I have not returned it but according to Royal Mail it was Recieved and signed for on the 10th Dec but they say it hasn't?
