Returned item confirmation

The notification "Return Sky equipment" is still visible in my account although sent via Royal Mail and knowing it should be delivered. Does it mean that they haven't received?

Sky will send a text or email should they claim it hasn't arrived. If they do post back on here and we can potentially get you some help. Returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed by Unipart at their warehouse. The main thing is ~ hopefully you've kept your proof of posting.

I've not seen that message personally because I've never returned a loaned item and it's not a message I remember seeing mentioned on here before.

Hi 

they sent me an email today asking for returning the equipment back which i already sent on 30/5. I attached the reciept of royal mail to confirm the delivery but havent recieved their reply. Could you please advice?

@Olaelhady I've escalated this to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. 

You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.

Responses from the messages team aren't immediate so you need to check the chat often to see when they are replied. The chat bubble will also be present for 48 hours. Its worth noting the messaging team will ask you to verify your identity so they can confirm you are the account holder.
