Returned equipment

We returned sky broadband router on 3/7/24 and tracking says it was delivered to sky on 5/7/24 and signed for yet we keep getting messages saying it has not been returned.

rang Sky and explained this but got nowhere saying I would be charged if they don't have it back soon.

I should imagine the tracking number will be fine so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant

Re: Returned equipment

I need to solve this. Opened chat session is blocked from India.  You can give a try again.

@Daddyno2

If we re-escalate this to Sky are you going to participate fully in the chat process? I'm not aware you being in India (if that's what you mean) prevents the process.

Re: Returned equipment

It might block as before. Can you not process the refund using the information which I provided earlier. That's what is needed.
