Returned equipment tracking still pending

Hi,

 

i have returned my sky broadband router, i did checked on royal mail website and it arrived on monday (6 days ago), but when checking tracking on sky app it says still in transit? Is that ok?

Unipart are taking a number of weeks to process equipment returned to their warehouse. The main thing is… 


Have you kept your proof of posting?

If Sky send you reminders to return it let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from Skys Messaging Team.

If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward however if you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.

Hi Daniel,

 

I dont't have anything apart of the tracking from royal mail website as I just sticked the label on the packaging and dropped in into a post box...

That is good enough so make sure you keep this safe and should you be told that you have not returned the equipment then post back on here and do mention if have the tracking as we can then arrange some help for you.
