Returned Sky Q box - still charged

My SKy Q box was returned in the pre-labelled packaging and I had a message to confirm this and thank me for returning back at the start of August.

 

I've had no further communication and now today (02 Sep 25)  have a debit from my bank account for £117 - the non-return charge.

 

How do I escalate this to Sky to have this looked at?

@MattB821 give them a call, or try their social media chat options. It should be straightforward to resolve if you have proof of posting or delivery.
