Return
I returned my broadband and tv package to Sky last month.
I received an email confirming that the return was with the courier and on its way back to Sky. I have nothing left to return.
today I received a text saying Sky has sent more prepaid packaging ?? I returned everything already, and I don't want to be charged... what's going on??

Packaging for the router would be sent near the end of the 14 day notice period.
Packaging for the TV equipment is sent near the end of the 31 day notice period.
Did you send it all back in the one lot of packaging?

Yes, I sent it all at once. The packaging they sent me the first time had a "slot" for the tv pick, broadband and even WiFi pods, so I sent everything on the same one as I had not received it been told it would be separate packaging for each product. Will this cause any issues?

Have you kept your proof of posting / tracking information / email from Sky confirming the package is with the courier?
The returns are dealt with by Unipart on behalf of Sky and they are apparently taking quite a number of weeks to process them at their warehouse.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.
If you receive notification that Sky are going to charge a non return fee post back in this thread and we can escalate the issue to the Community Messaging Team on here.

Emails were received on the 22nd of January. Received two of the them, both reading:
"
Just a quick note to say thank you for
sending back our Sky kit - it's now with
our courier and will be with us shortly. "
