Hi I need another return box sent out to me please, my dog destroyed the previous one, sorry. Could it also be marked on my account that this is being returned to you as I do not want to accrue a charge for something I am not using

As customers here, we can't arrange that for you, I'm afraid. You can use your own packaging if you have something suitable, otherwise you'll need to speak directly to Sky.
