Return router box arrives after I leave the property

Dear Team,

My SkyBroadband account will be closed on the 1st of March 2024.

I will move out of the UK for a few weeks from the 1st of March 2024.

The support in the chat told me that 5-7 days after the date of the closing account (1st March) I will receive the box that I can use to return the router.

The issue is that I will not be in the UK so I cannot receive that box and the house I am leaving is already rented to to a new tenant. Similarly, I have no one who can receive the box for me.

I asked to receive the box before the 1st of March but they say it is impossible. At the same time, I am trying to comply with Sky regulations on returning the modem.

It's not a 'regulation' - it's a contractual requirement you agreed.

Why not simply use your own return boxes: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have already tried to use that link, however it does not seem to work for me.

Specifically, this step:
"Go to Royal Mail returns to get a pre-paid returns label."

That link would allow me to print the label for the post office, but after having tried several times, from diffferent devices and by different people to input my address, the "Create your label" butto does not work.

It failed on Chrome but worked on Edge.
