Can you tell us the full story here. so what have Sky asked you to return and why haven't you received it ?

I ordered sky broadband, I then cancelled because of a instillation. Issue.
I did not receive anything equipment and rang Sky a few times to explain.
you should have my details and I will leave it to you to cancel a barrage of messages I keep receiving.

Sorry @peteshudl but as you can see I do not work for Sky so I can't do anything for you regarding this so perhaps try contacting Sky again and perhaps by one of the social media links at the bottom of the page seeing as you appear to have got no where when doing this via the phone.

Unfortunately we dont have your details as we are other customers
To resolve your issue you need to contact Sky again
