Return Equipment / Vague email / Return Packaging

Have cancelled my subscription.

I was sent return package/label, enough for 1 item.

I have returned the Sky box, and cable.

 

The email I later received, thanks me for returning the box.

But then it says "if you find anything  you should have returned", order some more return packaging.

There is nothing on the Sky website that allows me to order more packaging.

I am assuming its the repeater/booster box and cables.

 

Can Sky be more specific what it requires me to return, rather than putting it on me to decide what does/does not need returning??

 

I need:

01: More returns packaging and labels.

02: A definitive list of items to be returned.

If you have returned a Sky Q box due to you cancelling your TV service with Sky then that should be all you need to return unless you also had a Sky Q mini via a multiscreen sub.

The email said I can order more returns packaging/labels.

If I am required to find my own packaging, and print off labels, it should say so.

 

I am wary of being billed for undefined non-returned items, when a definitive list isnt available. (there might be a thread along these lines!)

Dont really know what I was sent. (was a couple of years ago)

 

I had a black box and cables that connected to the outside world. Guessing thats the router for the fibre.

 

I also was sent a white box, which I keep upstairs and improves wifi connection. Guessing thats some sort of signal booster.

 

The black box has been returned.

The white box and cables remain with me for now.

 

The packaging I was sent was good for holding 1 item, plugs and cables.

The "if you find anything  you should have returned" line on the email goes out on all of these emails so it doesn't mean you have not returned everything that you should have done.
