Retur

I have been very poorly in hospital. & have arranged for MySky hub to be picked up from my address by Royal Mail on Friday the 13th February 2026. Iam really worried that iam going to have charges added to my account

@Rachel253

Make sure you keep the Royal Mail tracking information as proof of returning the hub and keep it indefinitely.

If Sky charge you after you've returned it post back on this thread and we can try to get you some help through the Community Messaging Team on here.

@Rachel253

Are you due to return the hub due to no longer being a customer because if so you have 60 days to return from when you were sent the return packaging so you should be OK if you are still within the two months.

Make sure you get and keep the proof of posting for as long as you can.
