@Sarahsimpson2k2  You're not contacting Sky Customer serviceby posting here, however we can tell you Sky won't reinstate services until you pay what you owe and setup a new direct debit, they won't reconnect on the promise of payment

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
