Owe £4 and sky stream has been restricted can they actually restore it as it's only £4

Almost certainly not: the process is automatic and Sky doesn't negotiate debt.

I don't think so, if you owe money, you might not even get the chance to talk to them about it.

 

In a nutshell, you’ll need to pay what you owe to get your services back. Just like if you’re a few pounds short of your weekly shopping, Tesco wouldn’t just let you have it.

If you pay what you owe you will also need to setup your monthly payment method and once the payment has cleared (which might not be tomorrow at the earliest) your service should be restored.
