Restricted services

I'm trying to potentially upgrade my broadband and potential add and accessory to my mobile contract but I keep getting the following message "your services are currently restricted" with an option to reinstate my services however when I click this everything's looks up to date. 

i have contacted the sales department but they seemingly can't see any issues at their end

I take it that your services are not actually restricted in anyway and are working as normal ?

Sorry I should have said this ib my original post, no issues atall with any of the services

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
