Restricted account

Made a payment in March 2926. During same conversation sey up a Direct Debit for the 28th if each month moving forward.

4 days before direct debit was due (24th) services get restricted by sky.

Called sky spoke to several people that were unable to help.

As direct debit was not set up i owe April bill plus a second bill total £369 .

 

Why should I be at random if sky didn't set the direct debit in the first place.

It. Is up to you to setup the direct debit that you can do via the MySky app.
