Restricted account

I have a restricted account after having financial issues and I want to speak to a human about cancelling my sky! It's near impossible and when I have spoke to someone they wanted to sell me new packages!!! I'm not in a financial position to have a sky account and they make it  so damn difficult to try and sort these things out after I accidentally missed one payment. It's pay or we don't want know. They cut you off after an automated message saying total to someone you have to pay your bill. So stressful

Sky will not let you cancel whilst you have an outstanding amount to pay on your account and they also wouldn't let you cancel if you are in the minimum term of a contract To see if you can speak to someone you need to say nothing when asked by the bot and remain on the line.

That's correct. You need to pay what you owe in full and set up a new payment method before Sky will speak with you or allow you to cancel your subscription (if you're not in a discounted period).
