Restricted account

I'm trying to order something off my sky app

and it's saying my account been restricted but all my bills paid up to daye

You will have to call Sky about this tomorrow as there is no other way around it.

 

It might be restricted if there is an outstanding payment against Sky marketplace, if not hopefully they can look into this for you.
