Requesting a Paper Bill

Hi,

I need a proof of address. They won't accept the downloaded bill and would need it to be posted to my address for it to be used as proof. Does anyone know how to request this? I've been going in circles with the chat bot. Thanks

You can enable paper billing on your account but it won't be sent until the next billing cycle.  It costs £1.75 I think per bill.

 

Or you'll have to call to request a manual one - I suspect the same charge will apply.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The bill Sky will  send you is a copy of the downloaded one as they will both have your address on it.
