Request for Completion of Wi-Fi Installation – Still Pending After Scheduled Visit

Dear Sky Team,

 

I signed up for a Sky TV and Wi-Fi membership for £14 after receiving a promotional call. At the time, I asked to delay the Wi-Fi installation due to personal circumstances. Now that my situation has improved, I contacted customer service and was told that an engineer would visit the next day.

 

However, two days have passed and no one has come. I am still waiting for the installation to be completed in my room.

 

Could you please look into this matter urgently and ensure the Wi-Fi installation is completed as soon as possible?

That sounds rather suspicious!  £14 would be far below any promotional offer I've ever seen.   Are you sure it was Sky calling you?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You will need to contact Sky again to get an update. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

@Rafael4 Welcome to the forum, please be aware that the forum is mainly a customer to customer support platform, you will have to call Sky to see why no one has turned up, however if you've only just placed the order it will almost certainly be at least 10 working days before anyone attends to install and activate your service(that is the standard lead time).
