Replacement order

Hi

i am still waiting for my sky mini box replacement to be shipped 

As explained DPD failed to make the delivery 

called Sky for help and they advised they could not send another replacement until DPD returned the order?

Call Sky again chasing and was told that they would have to escalate the issue and would call me back, still waiting on call?

 Please advise

@Heidi+2021 you would need to contact Sky again for an update, I'm afraid. We have no way of knowing what the current poistion on this is.
