Renewed Contract instead of cancelling

I have just renewed my sky contract, a change of mind from cancelling. This is the 3rd day and it still hasn't been updated. Thinking is reinstating the cancellation to sky q.

We're other customers here - sounds like you need to call Sky?

I rang up on the chat line, they r now saying up to 72 hours.  But if its not completed bt tomorrow am I will ring back and just cancel the lot.

 

Only went back because the deal wasn't too bad.   May look AT EE tv.
