Renewal price

Hi

It's time to either renew my  basic sky package and netflix  or cancel.

If i log onto my sky account there is an offer to pay £34 / month upto July 2027 then £36 / month up to July 2028, confusing me slightly because to me this looks like the prices are fixed for the next 2 years but in the small print it states that there could be an increase during the period and also a £3 increase after 1st April 2026.

I have spoken to sky a couple of times and get various prices from them but they cannot see this offer, just wondering if anyone else has ssen it and thoughts.

Thanks

@Mike486

Sky doesn't usually do fixed price contracts mainly due to the annual price increase in April of each year but the way that is worded does make it look like it could be fixed but there is a good chance it will not be.

Not sure what the 1st April 2026 increase is as we area already past that date.

Re: Renewal price

Thanks for your reply, I couldnt get an answer from Sky so I have accepted the offer after reading everything i could see on my sky account. There is a cooling off period  if I change my mind but was worried they would pull the deal

I get the same as I do now for £1 less for 12 months then £1 more than i pay now so averages out the same every month for 2 years and will see in April next year if they add the normal inflationary increase on.
