Renewal ambiguity

Hi - am being offered a renewal deal to move to 900Mbs for £46.00/mth - cheaper than my current deal (500Mbs) although current deal includes evening and weekend calls.

The initial offer states a total of £46.00/mth but when I go through renewal process, just before I hit confirm button it states - this will be added to your current subscription. Has anyone here gone through similar renewal and moved to new 900Mbs package at £46.00/mth - or am I correct to assume if i hit confirm I will actually end up paying over £110/mth as its an add-on and not a new stand alone package.

I have been trying to get clarity via Sky FAQ's/Help etc but no joy there, live chat is also not quite getting my query so directing me back to FAQ's.

I am about to get into a telephone query queue but thought it may be quicker to call on user experiences via this forum.

Thank you

@Jto2

Whatever you are paying now, the £46 price should replace it. If you want confirm then give Sky a call to speak to them about this.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
