Renewal Link in Sky email for broadband renewal did not work.

I got an email to renew by Broadband package but withte option to remove the Sky Talk Anytime, saving me money,  Tryied the link and it fails saying call a number for Sky.

Call the number and after a long while trying to explain the operator tried to renewal removing the Sky Talk Anytime and adding the Pay as you Talk, original he stated bill would go down £31.50 a month, but then when he finally understood about removing Sky Talk Anytime and gong back to Pay as you Go, the bill went up £10, not down, more than it would be if I did not renew.

Sorry Sky, but your customer services is gettting worse year on year.

Now stating to look to different providers unless I hear back from you by the end of today with a better offer. I will not call again.
