Renew contract

I have receieved an email to say if I renew my contract I can save £13 a month, if I don't renew it, my bill will go up. I have clicked the link to renew contract but it just takes me to a page offering extras on my package. I have spent over an hour trying to talk to someone but can't wait any longer. 

Can anyone please tell me how to do it online? Thanks
