Removing sky sports

Good evening,

I've recently been on to my sky app to see that I am paying for sky sports, which I do not remember adding to the plan.
anyways is their a way of cancelling as I am struggling to pay for this plan.
I am unable to ring due to be deaf and online service doesn't guide me to do so.

I just want to cancel my sky sport plan.

@Tasha777
You need to give 31 days notice to cancel part of a subscription (if not in a minimum term deal).

If you have health issues that affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~

Re: Removing sky sports

@Bruce4 The advertised prices are likely for new customers only.

Re: Removing sky sports

These ones are not for new customers they are now advertised on my account 22 and charged 24 for which l did not ask for. Sky Sports.This is not the way to treat customers of over 15 years.
