Removing add subscription not working

I have tryed to remove add subscription befor the date of renual but it keeps saying 
Theres a problam try again but i have tryed about 10 times and it wonnt let me remove the subscription

The no add subscription. As from 19th of August it will charge £5.00 a month

You still haven't said what this subscriptions is for, Sky Mobile, Sky TV etc...
