Remove multiscreen

Hi I had a phone call today and was offered new box and a multiscreen box but after reading email and seeing the £5 monthly charge I would like the multiscreen not added and removed from account

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

You'll need to call Sky asap to cancel anything agreed earlier today.

You will have to call Sky about this as we are customers here who help each other.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
