Reinstate

My direct debits had bounced for two monthly payments. I eventually after ages had live message chat. On chat it was agreed for me to pay next day and I could be reinstated. I paid . My chat person said my direct debit would automatically renewed once I had paid. It didn't so I entered direct debit details. I couldn't reinstate as payment took awhile to show. Now when I go into my sky or online it says my account is cancelled and I can't seem to find a way to reinstate. Also how can you speak to a real person ?

@Caz+super You'll have to wait until Monday morning now and ring Sky. Can't post the number due to forum software not allowing it but a online search for Sky Customer Services will bring it up or you can dial 150 if you're a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk customer.

This can happen if a bill hasn't been paid for 56 days or more which appears to be the case here so as advised above you will need to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
