Refund

Phone broke during cooling off period took 6 months to return and cancel contract but still not had my refund

If you are still waiting for the refund and it has been issued then it can take up to 5 working days to be back in your account.

They have said they'll issue a refund a hundred times by now its not going to happen,

Still not received refund of 309 told will be in account in 3 days again today but credit balance still 0

The 3 days do not include the weekend.

@Bob155 if the balance is zero, there's nothing to refund. Or are you saying this is after an adviser had tried to refund it?
