Refund

i recently changed from virgin back to sky and was told they would Refund me up to £200.00 for doing this as i have terminated virgin so i have to pay £160

could you tell me how i go about this.

You must provide a copy of the bill from Virgin where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

I have a purchase that was canceled on November 9th, and I requested a refund and received it as credit in my Sky account. I want to receive the original payment in my bank account because I already had to pay for another order today.

You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but a credit refund is usually credited to your 'Live' Sky account and used for future payments so don't be surprised if Sky say no.
