Refund

Hi, I was told I would be getting a refund on the 10th November and it would take 3-5 days. I'm still waiting and I can't get through to you.

This is a customer led help forum.  We can't refund you...

Nevertheless it's the answer.  You will have to persevere in calling Sky.

Except that isn't what you said in your first post. If you were seeing if anyone else had this issue then you would have referred to y as Sky and not you, and you likely would have actually asked the question " has anyone else had this issue and how did you get it resolved?".

 

Although had you asked that question then the answer would still be to either call Sky again or try to reach out via the Sky Help Team on social media via a PM.
