Refund

I paid my bill early this month and you've taken another lot out of my account leaving me with virtually nothing left. I want it refunding and I don't want it carried over to the next month, I have raised a dispute with my bank.

It's unwise and unnecessary to make manual payments. Once your Sky account confirms that you're in credit, you can contact Sky to request a refund.

We're other customers here, not Sky customer services.

You should not make manual payments unless requested.

Which payment have you contested as it may cause issues if it's the automatic one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Refund

Can you advise how to contact sky? Because I've been trying for the past 2 hours and oddly enough, I wasn't aware that it would've put me in credit as most places accept payments early.

@Caitxx
l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

If you have a continuous payment method set up you never need to make a manual payment. Once the original planned payment has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid. This might not happen until payments made or due over the weekend are sorted out, I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

To get a refund, once your extra payment is showing as a credit, contact Sky who can arrange a refund within the standard 3-5 WORKING days. Either call or perhaps use social media (the links are at the bottom of this page).
