Refund
Hi so sky sent a payment back to my bank on the 19th of September was told multiple time from advisers it would be in the bank my 25th I Sept and still nothing ? Can someone from sky look into this

If this was a direct debit that failed for whatever reason then Sky will try again in 10 days time.
