Refund

I have now left sky. My direct debit is still active and another payment has been taken. My online account is no longer active so I can't see final bill. I am looking for refund. Thanks

When did you cancel?

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from the date of cancellation

You should still be able to access your account so what happens when you try to ?
