BRSK advised you on the 5th December that I was leaving Sky. My Contract was up on the 11th January 2025. I went live with them on the 31st December. You then billed me £59.75 And then further payment. I spoke to Customer Services, (Jack) who assured me that Sky would put it right to date I have heard nothing. I cannot afford these amounts.
Please deal urgently

If your account has been cancelled do you now see a credit on it because if so it is this that can be refunded and help of which can be arranged via here for you.
