You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

Do you see a credit on your account because if you do then it is this that can be refunded.

I also have credit on my account after my account has been closed, I was told my refund would be processed to my account for 15th Jan....still waiting and then passed from pillar to post when try to call them! Really frustrating as it's not a small amount of money!! How do I get this back??

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Credit Refund

I cancelled my Sky Subscription/Account last year, I still have credit on my account that I'd like returned to me but it's proving very difficult to get hold of anyone or have someone respond....can someone help with this please ✌🏼

Is the amount still showing as a credit on your old Sky account and is the payment method still active? 

If we escalate it to Sky again are you going to be able to participate?
