Refund

Very disappointed as I've spoken to 3 different Sky agents regarding my refund. I spoke to retentions Friday 25 October and was told my refund would go into my bank account within 3 to 5 working days. Unfortunately I received an email Saturday 26 October informing me my refund will be going on my sky account yet I have left sky! I do not have any active subscriptions nor do i have any products and simply want my account closed. Why will you not do as you say?! Very Very Very disappointed as the service with Sky is absolutely atrocious.

Refunds are first made to your Sky account. If you've arranged for it to be paid to your bank account it will be transferred from your Sky account to your bank account.
