Refund
I’ve tried to make a complaint about the service you have provided.
I made contact with yourself back in August when I decided I could no longer afford the amount you were charging me at that point I realised why my bill was so high.
Even though in 2022 i cancelled my multi room you still charged me monthly for it.
I made contact to ask for a refund I was dealing with a guy called Jack who was in contact with me via text, I still have them as my proof, he managed to find notes on me making the call cancelling the multi room.
I have made multiple calls to you each time nobody understands my explanation. I went online to make a complaint she didn’t have a clue and left the conversation how ridiculous was that.
My final text from Jack explained and apologised for your mistake explaining that I would receive an amount of £255 as my refund and it will be in my account within 3-5 working days this text was on the 27th of August still have not received any amount.
This seriously needs looking into.

Sorry but you are not talking to Sky support here as we are customers who help each other.
Having said that have you looked at your Sky bill to see if you see a credit on it because if you do it is this that can be refunded and we can arrange some help for you via here if you want ?

No credit added honestly I have called them but can't get put through to credit and refunds department I did a live chat she didn't have a clue so left the chat
