Refund unable to talk to anyone

Hello

I was out of contract with Sky, changed provider and was then charged for another month when I was not receiving the service.

I would like the money refunded but cannot speak to anyone at Sky.

I obviously want to rant about how frustrating this is but just want the path to gettting the money back asap

I have tried all options.

Any help apprecaited.

Cheers

@SFinishing

How did you cancel?

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Re: Refund unable to talk to anyone

New provider said they would deal with it i think but cannot remember exactly.

I do know I was out of contract on my broadband which meant i did not need to give notice.

No.  A notice period still applies.

Did you get a 'sorry to see you go' mail from Sky?  If not, your account may still be active.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You still need to give 14 days notice to cancel.
