Refund to account

Got refunded money from sky and it's paid Novembers bill will they still  take direct debt on the date it's supposed to come out thanks

Are you saying you have a credit on your bill and will then bill be paid by this credit, it might do but that depends on when the credit was added to your account and on what date is your bill paid ?

My bill is due 19th of the month and it say bill paid will the still take on that date

Is the credit enough to pay the bill in full ?

Yes it covers the bill

Then I would have thought the credit will be used to pay the bill so that no money will be taken from your payment method.
