Refund request accepted

Hello I have had my refund request accepted and it says there is an update on my case but it isn't showing anything, so I was just wondering what do I do next and how long do I have to wait for a refund, I cancelled my services in march this just seems to be going on forever.

I did say I had checked these and nothing was coming up in my first message

You said " but it isn't showing" which isn't clear so you will have to speak to Sky again about this seeing as you can't see this update.
