Hello.
I cancelled my Sky subscription a few weeks ago - I'd really appreciate an escalation to someone at Sky to organise a refund please! The payment details are still in place with my bank

Do you mean you gave your notice a few weeks ago or that is when your services with Sky were cancelled ?

Sorry, to be clear my services were cancelled a few weeks ago. My subsequent bill from Sky shows a credit due.

The credit is already showing on my bill generated on 7th January, if that's what you mean....?
