Refund of account credit

Hello.

 

I cancelled my Sky subscription a few weeks ago - I'd really appreciate an escalation to someone at Sky to organise a refund please!  The payment details are still in place with my bank

Do you mean you gave your notice a few weeks ago or that is when your services with Sky were cancelled ?

Sorry, to be clear my services were cancelled a few weeks ago.  My subsequent bill from Sky shows a credit due.

What date were you billed on each month ?

Can you post back on here nearer the time as I don't think they can refund it until nearer the 7th when the it then generates as a bill even though it has just a credit on it.

The credit is already showing on my bill generated on 7th January, if that's what you mean....?

In that case Sky might be able to refund it for you so I would give them a call as we can't escalate your post at present I'm afraid.
