Hi,
I was promised a few times over the last 2-4 months that I would get a month off, credit applied, managers would call me back to sort out my issues but still nothing.
every month they keep locking off my account and reinstating it then charging me double for issues that never get sorted.
I'm tired of calling up and getting passed over to different departments and no one ever seems to help they keep promising me things and never applying it or adding anything we said in the conversations to the notes so I'm constantly having to repeat myself.
I got another bill added and was told this month I wouldn't have to pay due to the ongoing issues I've been experiencing with my broadband, customer service and everything else.
it's just ridiculous because I'm constantly going around in circles and all they keep asking me is for more money and adding on non stop late fees for issues that they never resolve.
to make matters worse I explain the issues and all they then make excuses for what you didn't do so no accountability is ever taken it's just to make you feel worse so they don't have to do anything.
thye constantly give me altomatoms that always make me feel uncomfortable and all I'm asking is for the credit and compensation that I was promised several times but I never get that resolution just constant locking off of my services and then having to call up to wait in a queue and never get my issues sorted...
