Refund needed
I recently subscribed to TNT and Discovery+ through Sky. I was unable to access D+ and after about 3 hours of frustration with Sky technicians was referred to Expert Squad, and told I would have to pay £1 which was 'fully refundable'. In the event they took £1 + £35 from my Paypal account, were unable to resolve the problem, said they would contact Discovery+ and ask them to contact me. No-one did, of course. However, how do I get my 'fully refundable' £36 back?

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
