Refund - how long?

I left Sky a month ago and I’m due a refund. When will this get paid? I remember owing Sky a payment and it was taken instantly, so why do I have to wait when they owe me? I’ve returned the SkyQ equipment as requested but still I wait? Any advice would be appreciated.

@Grumpy+SG  Refunds can take around 6 weeks, if a credit is showing we can ask the messaging team to help with this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

A refund is showing on my account.. it's not a fortune but it would look better in my account than Sky's (and once done I can cut all ties with Sky!)

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.  It's likely going to be tomorrow before it appears.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
