Refund for no sky signal - not able to book engineer for 2 weeks

Our sky Q box stopped working on 7th August. We were not able to book an engineer for almost 3 weeks time.

How do I go about getting a refund as we have not been able to watch any sky channels at all.

Once the fault has been rectified call Sky to see if they'll add a good will credit to your Sky account, but it's in no way guaranteed.

Hi @LoobeeP   Only broadband has automatic compensation.
