Refund for moving from bt to sky

A few months ago I transferred my broadband from BT/EE to Sky. At the time you informed me that I would receive a £100 to cover early contract termination with BT. The actual cost was £118.35. On the 15/06/2025 I emailed you the final invoice from BT and evidence of payment. It seems that I have not yet received this payment of £100 from Sky

@Aled6  You're not talking to Sky bu posting here, you won;t gert the mo ey refunded to you it will be app,ied asa credit to your Sky account, have you checked to see if it has been applied to any future bills?
