Where is my £37:42 refund for overcharge been told 3 times I will receive it and as of yet NOTHING

@Madatter60  Your duplicate post has been removed as you already asked the same question here.

 

No one on the community can tell you were your refund is as we are all customers here.  How long ago was the refund requested?  Did you leave you bank details setup on your account?

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Are you still a Sky customer or was the refund for overpayment after you cancelled? Is the amount showing as a credit on your Sky account?
